the Production Process of Track Light

The production process of led mini track lights goes through 10 processes including cleaning, mounting, pressure welding, capsulation, welding, film cutting, assembling, testing, packaging, and warehousing.

1.Cleaning

Clean the PCB or LED bracket with ultrasonic waves and dry them.

2. Mounting

Prepare the silver glue on the bottom electrode of the LED tube core (big disc) and then expand it. Place the expanded tube core (big disc) on the spinner table, and use a spinner pen to clean the tube core under a microscope. Install one by one on the corresponding pads of the PCB or LED bracket, and then sinter to cure the silver glue.

3. Pressure Welding

Use an aluminum wire or gold wire welder to connect the electrode to the LED die as a lead for current injection. If the LED is directly mounted on the PCB, an aluminum wire welding machine is generally used.

4. Encapsulation

Protect the LED die and welding wire with epoxy through dispensing. Dispensing glue on the PCB has strict requirements on the shape of the glue after curing, which is directly related to the brightness of the finished backlight. This process will also undertake the task of pointing phosphor (white light LED).

5. Welding

If the backlight source uses SMD-LED or other packaged LEDs, the LEDs need to be soldered to the PCB board before the assembling process.

6.Cutting Film

Die-cut various diffusion films and reflective films required for backlight with a punching machine.

7.Assembling

According to the requirements of the drawings, manually install various materials of the backlight in the correct position.

8.Test

Check whether the photoelectric parameters of the backlight source and the light uniformity are good.

9.Packing

Pack the finished product according to the requirements and label it.

10.Warehousing

According to the packaged finished products, according to the label, put them into the warehouse by category, and prepare for shipment.
